  • Q: What is an Otolaryngologist?

    A: Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Otolaryngologists are physicians trained in the medical/surgical treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. We are commonly referred to as ENT physicians.

  • Q: What problems do Otolaryngolgist treat?

    A: We provide medical and surgical treatment of disorders of balance, allergy, throat, nose and sinus diseases, along with problems of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. We also perform facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in adults and children.

  • Q: Do you participate in my health insurance plan?

    A: We participate with all of the major Health Insurance Plans. See a list here. Please call our office staff at 856-435-9100 for specific questions.

  • Q: Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor to come to your office?

    A: If your insurance plan requires you to obtain a referral prior to a specialty visit, then contact your primary care doctor first. If your plan allows a subspecialty visit without a referral, then please call us to arrange your visit at 856-435-9100. For urgent referrals (especially when you are still in our office), you can wait while the referral is processed.
