Dr. Benjamin A. Rosenblum

 

 

Benjamin A. Rosenblum, MD

Dr. Benjamin Rosenblum is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Graduating from Amherst College, he received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College, completed his pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, and joined Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 1989. Interested in improving the quality of medicine and in "evidence-based" medicine, Dr. Rosenblum is the chair of Virtua Hospital's Pediatric Performance Improvement Committee. Dr. Rosenblum and his wife have twin daughters. He enjoys bicycling, travel, and photography.

 

Dr. Michael A. Falk

Michael A. Falk, MD

Dr. Michael Falk is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He earned his bachelor's degree from James Madison University, received his doctorate of medicine from Medical College of Virginia, and completed his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Falk joined Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 1998. He enjoys running and spending time with his wife, three sons, and a daughter brought home from Korea in 2008.

 

Dr. Stacy A. Smith-Elfant

 

 




Stacy A. Smith-Elfant, MD

Dr. Stacy Smith-Elfant is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After attending Albright College and Rutgers University/Livingston College, she received her medical degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and joined Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 2004. Prior to joining Advocare Atrium Pediatrics, Dr. Smith-Elfant served as assistant professor of pediatrics at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and as program director of pediatric medical education at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. South Jersey magazine named Dr. Smith- Elfant a "Best Children's Physician" in 2009 and 2010. Married with two daughters, Dr. Smith-Elfant enjoys spinning and has run four marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

 

Dr. Allison S. Fanelli

Allison S. Fanelli, DO

Dr. Allison Fanelli is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She graduated from Elizabethtown College and received her doctor of osteopathy degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fanelli completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/duPont Hospital for Children and joined Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 2004. Married with two young daughters, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time at the beach.

 

Dr. Aditee D. Leszkowicz

Aditee D. Leszkowicz, DO

Dr. Aditee Leszkowicz graduated from Rutgers College and received her doctor of osteopathy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/duPont Hospital for Children. Prior to joining Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 2008, Dr. Leszkowicz worked as a pediatric hospitalist for Advocare at Virtua Health. An avid reader and traveler, Dr. Leszkowicz has backpacked through Europe twice and has made many trips to her parents' native country of India. She and her husband have two children.

 

Dr. Amy Saggiomo





Amy Saggiomo, CPNP

Amy Saggiomo is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP). After receiving a bachelor's degree in biology from Lafayette College, Amy earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Amy previously worked as an intensive care nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she also worked from 2006 through 2009 as a Pediatric Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Advocare Atrium Pediatrics in 2010, she served as a school nurse for the Twilight School in the Collingswood School District. Amy has been designated as a Certified Asthma Educator by the National Asthma Educator Certification Board. She and her husband (and dog) live in southern New Jersey.
