Health ReminderWarmer weather and longer days means more outside activities for children. It also means more visits to the pediatricians for bumps and bruises. Scrapes, cuts, and even broken bones will heal, but head injuries can be very serious. To reduce that risk, bicycle helmets are a must for children who ride bicycles, skateboards, skates, or scooters. Double check that helmets and other protective gear still fit and remember to replace any helmet that's been in an accident. Be safe, have fun, and remember to call our office for any questions about your child's care.
