Our Professional Staff

Halette Anderson, MD

Dr. Halette Anderson is board certified in pediatrics. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine in 1985 and completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Working primarily at our West Chester office, Dr. Anderson's special interests include breastfeeding, childhood development, and ADD.

Joseph D. Becker, DO

Dr. Joseph Becker is board certified in pediatrics. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980 and completed his residency in pediatric and adolescent medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Becker's special interests include asthma and asthma related conditions, preterm birth, and parenting. He sees patients primarily at our West Chester office.

Norman L. Fienman, MD

 

Norman L. Fienman, MD

Dr. Norman Fienman is board certified in pediatrics. After receiving his medical degree in 1966 from the State University of New York College of Medicine at Syracuse, Dr. Fienman completed his pediatric residency at the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts New England Medical Center and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. A father of twins, Dr. Fienman's special interests include twins, headaches, allergies, and ADHD. He sees patients at both our Broomall and West Chester offices.

Rosamary Giacobbe, MD

Dr. Rosamary Giacobbe graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1996 and completed her pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the A.I. duPont Hospital for Children. Focusing on general pediatrics, Dr. Giacobbe sees patients at both our Broomall and West Chester offices.

Ira LaVoe, DO, FACOP

Dr. Ira LaVoe was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2002. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 and completed his residency at Children's Hospital of New Jersey, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 2001. His special interests include general pediatrics, early childhood development, learning disabilities, and pediatric emergency medicine. He works primarily in our Broomall office.

Manny Ng, MD, FAAP

Manny Ng, MD, FAAP

Dr. Manny Ng earned his medical degree in 1997 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in 2000. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Ng's special interests include acne, allergies, and asthma. He sees patients at both our Broomall and West Chester offices.

Lisa O'Mahony, MD

Dr. Lisa O'Mahony is board certified in pediatrics. She graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1981 and completed her pediatric and adolescent residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. O'Mahony's special interests include international and domestic adoption, adolescent medicine, and eating disorders. She works primarily in our Broomall office.

Nurse Practitioners

Nurse practitioners (NP) provide care to children from infancy to young adulthood. Highly trained NPs are skilled in counseling parents on normal developmental and behavior problems as well as preventing illness and injuries. While helping to ensure wellness, NPs also care for children with acute and chronic conditions. Pediatric NPs are particularly trained to manage minor acute illnesses frequently seen in children, including ear infections, colds and sore throats, rashes, asthma, and urinary tract infections.

Mary Ivory, MSN, CRNP

Mary Ivory earned her nursing degree from the University of Delaware School of Nursing in 1981, received her certification in school nursing form St. Joseph's University, and later graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. With more than 20 years of experience in treating children and adolescents, her special interests include adolescent medicine, asthma, and obesity. She works primarily at our Broomall office.
