Pierre N. Coant, MD, FAAP
Dr. Pierre Coant joined Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 1991, after completing his fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine with a certification from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He earned his doctoral degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, now a part of Drexel University, and performed his pediatric residency at Cooper Medical Center. He later received further training at Children's Hospital of Buffalo.
Dr. Coant has been certified in pediatrics since 1986 by the American Board of Pediatrics and continues to maintain his certification. He is a pediatrician on staff at The Children's Regional Hospital/Cooper University Medical Center, and an active pediatrician at Underwood-Memorial Hospital, where he served as vice chairman of the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Grand Rounds coordinator from 1994 to 2001.
From 2004 to 2005 Dr. Coant was president of the Gloucester County Medical Society. He is presently co-chairman of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics government affairs committee, and is involved with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative, and the March of Dimes. Dr. Coant has published articles in peer review journals including Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Care, as well as textbooks on pediatrics. New Jersey Monthly and South Jersey Magazine have each recognized Dr. Coant as a "Top Doc." He and his wife have two children.

Angelo L. Minutillo, MD, FAAP
Dr. Angelo L. Minutillo completed his pediatric residency at Children's Regional Hospital/Cooper University Medical Center and joined Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 1989, where he had the privilege of working with practice founder Jacqueline G. Coant, MD, one of South Jersey's most esteemed clinicians. Dr. Minutillo graduated from the University of Bologna, Italy. At the Bone Tumor Center at Rizzoli Institute, Italy's largest orthopaedic research and healthcare center, he worked with physicians researching the effects of chemotherapeutic agents on bone tumors, many of which affect children.
Since 2003 Dr. Minutillo has served as vice-chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Underwood-Memorial Hospital, which he previously served as chairman from 1994 to 2003. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is also a member of the medical staff at Children's Regional Hospital/Cooper University Medical Center.
Published in European and American journals of medicine, Dr. Minutillo is associated with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, the Gloucester County Medical Society, and the Medical Society of New Jersey. He was awarded a New Jersey State Senate Resolution by State Senator John J. Matheussen in recognition of his participation in "Childhood Wellness," has received two Robert Wood-Johnson Medical School Teaching Awards, was conferred the Physician's Recognition Award with Commendation by the Medical Society of New Jersey, and was honored as recipient of the "St. Luke Award" by the Diocese of Camden for outstanding service in Catholic health care. He has been recognized as a "Top Doc" by both New Jersey Monthly and South Jersey Magazine. Dr. Minutillo and his wife, who is also a doctor, have two children.

Mary Ann Laudati, MD, FAAP
Dr. Mary Ann Laudati completed her pediatric residency at Children's Regional Hospital/Cooper University Medical Center in 1994. Prior to joining Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 2002, she was a pediatric physician at the Osborn Family Health Center, affiliated with Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, and cared for sick newborns admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Newcomb Medical Center, a formerly affiliated hospital. Dr. Laudati earned her medical degree at the University of Bologna, Italy, where she graduated Cum Laude in 1982.
Dr. Laudati is on staff at Underwood-Memorial Hospital in the Department of Pediatrics. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. With a special interest in Ewing's Sarcoma, a bone tumor that often afflicts children, her contribution to a study of Ewing's Sarcoma was published in Tumori, a European journal. Dr. Laudati was awarded the PREP Educational Award and the American Academy of Pediatrics CME Award.
Salma Alikhan, MD, FAAP
Dr. Salma Alikhan joined Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 2005. She received her bachelor of medicine and surgery degree in 1996, performed her internship in pediatrics and internal medicine in1997-1998, and completed her pediatric residency at Children's Regional Center/Cooper University Hospital in 2005. In 2006 Dr. Alikhan served as a Clinical Preceptor for the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
Dr. Alikhan is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a pediatrician on staff at Underwood Memorial Hospital and Children's Regional Center/Cooper University Hospital. A charter member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she is also a member of the South Jersey Physicians of Indian Origin and the Rawalpindi Medical College Alumni Association. Dr. Alikhan is married and has two lovely boys. Her areas of special interest include allergies, asthma, and infectious diseases. .
Sharon Ceravolo, MSN, APN
Sharon Ceravolo joined Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 1997 as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She graduated from LaSalle University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and received both a master of science in nursing and her pediatric nurse practitioner certification from the University of Pennsylvania. Sharon also earned a school nurse certificate from Glassboro State College. She previously worked at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, and the recovery room, and gained private practice experience at Hyannis Pediatrics in Massachusetts. Sharon was a school nurse and health educator at Wenonah Elementary School, and presently works as a school nurse practitioner at Clayton High and Middle School. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), the South Jersey and New Jersey State School Nurses Associations, the New Jersey Teachers Association, and the Gloucester County School Nurse Association, where she served as past president and is presently recording secretary. Sharon is involved in the Clayton High School behavioral health team, the safety committee, and the intervention and referral service committees. Her hobbies include gardening, golf, theatre, biking and hiking. Sharon is married with two adult children and three grandchildren.
Heather Wadehra, MSN, APN
Heather joined Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics in 2008 after receiving her master of science in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked as a nurse at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), Heather is proud to be a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner and is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Although Heather is most likely to be found outside running or biking during her free time, she and her husband have just welcomed the arrival of their first child and the adventure of new parenthood.
Patricia Nolte, RN
Pat Nolte first came to Advocare Gloucester County Pediatrics as a parent in 1989. In October 2005 she joined the practice as a registered nurse. Pat earned her diploma from the Helene Fuld School of Nursing and practiced briefly in adult orthopedics. Recognizing her preference for pediatrics, Pat began a 23-year career at Children's Regional Hospital/Cooper University Medical Center, where acquired experience in general pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology/hematology, endocrinology, pulmonology, surgery and trauma care. She also worked extensively in the Intermediate Care Unit, serving in the NICU, PICU, and Mother/Baby units, as well. In 2003 Pat was the recipient of the Ronald Bernardin Award for Excellence in Pediatric Nursing. Pat is married with three children. She enjoys time spent with family activities, as well as gardening, reading, various craft activities, and cheering on the Flyer's hockey team.
