Personal, Patient-Centered Medical Care for Children
Advocare Haddonfield Pediatric Association is committed to providing your children with excellent pediatric care. Our tradition of personal, patient-centered medical care began in 1947, when Dr. Anthony Repici opened his pediatric medical office in his home on Haddon Avenue, just next door to our present location. For decades, Dr. Repici cared for the children of southern New Jersey in his practice and as the first chairman of the Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center Department of Pediatrics in Camden, New Jersey.
Dr. Repici welcomed his daughter, Dr. Concetta Renkun and son-in-law, Dr. Chester Renkun, into Haddonfield Pediatric Association, founded at our present facility, in 1971. Over the next few decades, the practice was joined by Dr. Barton Friedman (1972), Dr. Henry Smergel (1982), Dr. Theresa Welsh (1986), Dr. Kevin King (1997), and Dr. Claire Caltabiano (1997).
As Advocare Haddonfield Pediatric Association since 2005, our five physicians and staff of caring professionals shares and furthers Dr. Repici's original commitment to providing quality health care for children. We are here to help you and to ensure your family's positive experience with our office. Working together with you, the parents, we are dedicated to the physical, emotional, and social health of your children.
Throughout the growth of our practice for more than sixty years, caring for generations of South Jersey's children, we have remained constant in our dedication to providing welcoming, personal, state-of-the-art health care in historic Haddonfield.
