Dr. Joseph H. Winston, MD
Dr. Joseph Winston received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, where he developed a special interest in preventive medicine. He previously received training in Psychiatry in the U.S. Navy and at Temple University. Dr. Winston is board certified and has been practicing family medicine in Moorestown for more than thirty years. He and his wife have five children. Dr. Winston retired from Advocare Heritage Family Medicine in the Spring of 2013.
Dr. David S. Bechtel, MD
Dr. David Bechtel is board certified in Family Medicine. In private practice in Moorestown since 1990, Dr. Bechtel is particularly interested in preventive medicine. He completed his residency at Virtua after receiving his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Bechtel is married and has three children.
Mary Kay Maley RN, MSN, APN-C
Ms. Maley, a certified family nurse practitioner, received her bachelor's degree in nursing from LaSalle University and her master's degree in nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Nursing at Rowan University whose clinical interests include adolescent and women's health issues, preventative medicine, and parish nursing. Ms. Maley enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Deborah C. Lentine, RN,MSN,APN-C
Ms. Lentine has practiced as a board certified nurse practitioner for the past 15 years. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and her master's degree in nursing from LaSalle University. Her clinical experience includes positions at the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and St Mary's Hospital. Ms. Lentine's areas of interest include medical/surgical medicine, nutrition, and disease prevention. She is married with two children.
Cynthia M. Merkling RN, MSN, APN-C
Certified as an adult nurse practitioner, Ms. Merkling received her bachelor's and master's degrees from La Salle University where she also earned her graduate certificates of geriatrics and wound, ostomy, and continence. Her areas of interest include geriatrics, nutrition, and integrative medicine. Ms. Merkling has held positions in assisted living facilities, renal and transplant specialty units, rehab centers, and outpatient wound care clinics. She resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and enjoys music and writing.
