Marc Backal, MD, FAAP
Dr. Marc Backal earned his medical degree and completed his residency in pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia. A native of Cherry Hill, Dr. Backal received his bachelor's degree from Lafayette College. He and his wife are now raising their three children in South Jersey, where Dr. Backal proudly serves the community in the pediatric practice founded by his father, Marvin Backal, DO, many years ago. Confident that his son is continuing his legacy in Advocare Laurel Pediatrics, Dr. Marvin Backal is enjoying his retirement with golf and recreation in Margate, New Jersey and Boynton Beach, Florida.
David Bruner, MD, FAAP
Dr. David Bruner graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania and earned his earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Bruner completed his residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. He and his wife, who is also a pediatrician, have two children.
Anna Krol, MD, FAAP
Dr. Anna Krol earned her bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey and received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Krol is an American citizen who was born in Russia. Married to a physician, she and her husband have two children.
Ellen Del Moro, MD, FAAP
Dr. Del Moro received her doctoral degree in medicine from Drexel University, MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine. After completing her pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Dr. Del Moro was in private practice at a Philadelphia pediatric office that was part of the Einstein Health System. She and her husband now reside in Sewell, New Jersey.
Stefanie Crasner, DO, FAAP
Dr. Crasner graduated from Muhlenberg College and earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. Dr. Crasner completed her residency in pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She has two children.
Jared Pasternak, MD, FAAP
Dr. Pasternak earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, after receiving his bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College. He completed his pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.. Dr Pasternak has a daughter with his wife, a former Washington Township teacher.
Karen Wosiski, RN, MSN, CRPN
Karen Wosiski, our nurse practitioner, received her degree in registered nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. She earned a master's of science degree in nursing of children from the University of Pennsylvania, and has a post- master's degree in clinical psychology from the Family Institute of Pennsylvania. Karen completed her internship at the Children's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. She has three children and five grandchildren.
