Anthony Miccio MD
Dr. Anthony Miccio is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.Prior to founding Family Health at Mount Olive in 1995, Dr. Miccio served in the United States Air Force for seven years. He also completed his residency in family practice medicine at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. Born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey. Dr Miccio graduated from Rutgers University's Cook College and earned his medical degree at The George Washington University of Medicine. In Addition to his family practice, Dr Miccio is a member of the Mount Olive Health Department. Dr. Miccio is married, his wife also works at Advocare as a nurse, together they have 6 children. He is an avid New York Mets and New York Giants fan, he enjoys running, fishing and sports.
Karen Peters DO
Dr. Karen Peters is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians. She graduated from Binghamton University and the Rowan University of Osteopathic Medicine, served as a intern at Altanticare Hospital, and completed a three-year residency in family medicine at Overlook Medical Center. In addition, Dr Peters has two adult children. She enjoys woodworking, baking, reading, and the Jersey Shore.
Suma Ghanta MD
Dr. Suma Ghanta is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She received her Bachelors from Johns Hopkins University and then received her medical degree from St. George's University School of medicine. She completed her family practice residency at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. Dr Ghanta is married to Dr Hinrichs, a radiologist and president of lmage Care. Their daughter is currently attending Northwestern University. Dr Ghanta is a major "foodie" and enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and hiking. She is fluent in Telugu.
Charles Choe DO
Dr. Charles Choe is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. After graduating from Lehigh University, Dr Choe earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then returned to Brooklyn, New York, where he was born to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr Choe was raised in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. He and his wife, Jo-An, have two children and live in Harlem NYC.
Samuel Friedman MD
Dr. Samuel Friedman is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He graduated from Wesleyan University and earned his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Overlook Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Friedman is married and enjoys traveling to national parks, gardening, and playing with his toddler. He is a fan of the Devils, Eagles, and Norwich City.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms Keenan graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received Physician Assistant degree in Annapolis, Maryland. Ms Keenan is an avid runner and has recently completed Ironman triathlon & the Boston Marathon.
