Thomas O'Donnell, MD, FAAP
Dr. Thomas O'Donnell founded Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in 1979, after completing his internship and residency in Philadelphia at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children (1976-1979). He earned his bachelor's degree from LaSalle University (1972) and received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine (1976). Dr. O'Donnell has been board certified since 1980. He is the former Chief of Pediatrics at Virtua Memorial Hospital.

Richard King, MD, FAAP
Dr. Richard King joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in July 1981. Board certified since 1983, Dr. King completed his internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (1978-1981). He received his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College (1974) and his doctoral degree in medicine from Georgetown University (1978).
Marius Wechsler, MD, FAAP
Dr. Marius Wechsler joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University (1981) and his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (1985). Dr. Wechsler completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein Affiliated Hospitals in New York (1985-1988). He has been board certified since 1989.
Nicole Nemeth, MD, FAAP
Dr. Nicole Nemeth joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in July 2003, following her internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (2000-2003). She received her undergraduate degree from Ursinus College (1996) and her doctorate in medicine from the University of Pennsylvania (2000). Dr. Nemeth has been board certified since 2003.
Denise Bell, MD, FAAP
Dr. Denise Bell joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in July 2004. Presently the Chief of Pediatrics at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Dr. Bell has been board certified since 2004. She received her undergraduate degree from Drew University (1997) and her doctor of medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) – New Jersey Medical School (2001). Dr. Bell completed her internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (2001-2004).

Karen Kaighn, MD, FAAP
Dr. Karen Kaighn joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in November 2005, after practicing pediatrics in a private office for six years. Dr. Kaighn received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University (1989). She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) – New Jersey Medical School (1996), and completed her internship and residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia (1996-1999). Dr. Kaighn has been board certified since 1999.
Susan Faykes, RN, CPNP
Susan Faykes joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in February 1995. Mrs. Faykes received her bachelor's degree from Thomas Jefferson University (1980) and her primary care pediatric nurse practitioner training and degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1990). Her prior experience includes five years in a private pediatric office.
Tammy Rockhill, ARN, CPNP
Mrs. Rockhill joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in July 2008. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Mercer County Community College and Widener University (1994) and her pediatric nurse practitioner training and degree from Rutgers University (2008). Mrs. Rockhill previously worked as a nurse in the Pediatric and Intensive Neonatal Care Units at Cooper Hospital and Virtua Memorial Hospital (1994-2003), and as a case manager for the Early Infant Development Program at Virtua Health (2003-2008).
