Dr. John B. Tedeschi became a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics in 1997. He earned a bachelor's of arts degree in psychobiology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1989, and received his medical degree in 1993 from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1997 he completed his pediatric residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. The son of Dr. John M. Tedeschi, a co-founder of South Jersey Pediatrics (now Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics), Dr. John B. Tedeschi joined the practice in 1997 and currently co-manages three Advocare practices in southern New Jersey.

Dr. Velasco is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He graduated from Cook College, Rutgers University in 1978; received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1982; and completed his pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1985. Prior to joining Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics in 1990 he practiced pediatrics in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Parisa Razi is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her New Jersey hospital affiliations include Virtua Voorhees and Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Dr. Razi graduated from George Washington University in 1991 and received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1995. She completed her residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital/ A. I. DuPont Hospital for Children.

Dr. Melissa Chase is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Upon graduating from Rutgers College, she received her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Cooper University Hospital through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine. Dr. Chase joined Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics in 2004.

Dr. Julie Ayres is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is affiliated in New Jersey with Virtua Voorhees and Camden's Cooper University Hospital. After earning a bachelor's degree at The Catholic University of America, Dr. Ayres received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1999, and completed her residency in Philadelphia at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.

Dr. Carolyn Weber is a board certified pediatrician and member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 2005, after completing her residency at Columbus Children's Hospital/Ohio State University, she joined her husband, Dr. Jason Weber, on the professional staff of Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics. Dr. Weber received a bachelor's of science degree in biology from Haverford College in 1996, and earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2001.

Dr. Weber is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 1997 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor's of science degree in biology and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2001 he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he received the Reinhart Award in Pediatrics and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

Dr. Georgelos is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 1994, he graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He attended Temple University School of Medicine, graduating in 1998. Dr. Georgelos completed his pediatric residency training at the University of Maryland’s Hospital for Children in 2001. Upon his return to the Philadelphia area, Dr. Georgelos practiced General Pediatrics in Pediatrics in Wilmington, DE and Lansdowne, PA before joining Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics in 2013.

Dr. Cyriac George is a board certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He graduated with high honors from Rutgers University and received his doctor of osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency through UMDNJ-RWJ at Cooper Hospital. While at Cooper he was a two time recipient of the "Extra Mile Award" given to the most outstanding resident in Pediatrics. His professional interests include Asthma and Dermatological conditions. He enjoys golf and all things related to Philadelphia sports. He and his wife, Jacqueline, and their two sons, Luke and Derek reside in Mullica Hill, NJ

Lauren is a proud member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau – Delta Rho and Epsilon Omega Chapters, the Alpha Eta Society and Phi Kappa Phi. She has strong clinical interests in infectious disease, vaccine education, as well as general health and wellness.  Lauren has served as a faculty member teaching both undergraduate and graduate nursing students. She currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Messiah University.
