Maryann Bidi McSorley, MD
Dr. Bidi McSorley founded Society Hill Pediatrics in 1986, after completing a residency in pediatrics at The Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. In 1983 she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she earned high academic honors and was a member of AOA, the medical honor society. She is board certified in pediatrics.
Pursuing her special interest in child development and child psychology, Dr. McSorley completed a two-year course of study in Child Psychotherapy at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, as well as many continuing medical education courses in child development and psychology. As the mother of two children, Dr. McSorley knows first-hand the delights and challenges of parenthood. In 2010 Philadelphia magazine once again recognized Dr. McSorley as a regional "Top Doctor."

Shea Cronley, MD
Dr. Shea Cronley graduated with a bachelors of science from Wittenberg University and received her medical degree from Wright State University in 1982. After completing her pediatric residency at Dayton Children's Hospital, in 1985, she became a Robert Wood Johnson Fellow at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she focused on teaching and research. Dr. Cronley is a board-certified pediatrician and is a diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is the consulting physician for Germantown Friends School. Dr. Cronley was involved in the founding of Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in1986. She is committed to providing comprehensive health care to her patients and their families and is the proud mother of two teenage boys.

Cynthia Hill, MD
Dr. Cindy Hill joined Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in 1990. She received an honor's degree in microbiology from Penn State University's Schrier's College, and earned her doctor of medicine degree at Jefferson Medical College, where she was inducted into AOA, the medical honor society, and met her husband, who is also a pediatrician.
Dr. Hill completed her pediatric residency in Philadelphia at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. While in training, she had the first of her four children. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Hill comes from a long line of teachers and has a passion for teaching. She enjoys working with the medical students that rotate through the office, as well as serving as an educator and medical advocate for her patient families. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is building close relationships with the families and children in her care.

Janet A. Crino, MD
Dr. Janet Crino graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 1987, after receiving a bachelor of science with honors in chemistry from Boston College. She completed her pediatric residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, where she also fulfilled an additional year as Chief Pediatric Resident, and joined Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in 1991.
Dr. Crino is board certified in general pediatrics and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Crino has a special interest in and knowledge about immunizations. She enjoys the diversity of general practice and especially appreciates the connections to children and their families that develop over the years. As a mother of three children, Dr. Crino understands the complexity of addressing the needs of children and their families in the practice of medicine.

Susan Mezey Leib, MD
Dr. Leib is a board certified pediatrician and a diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatrics. A member of the AOA honor society, Dr. Leib earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She went on to complete her pediatric residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut where she practiced for 20 years before relocating to the Philadelphia area. Over the years, Connecticut Magazine recognized Dr. Leib as a "Top Doctor", several times. She enjoys working with children of all ages and assisting families with the challenges of parenting.
Dr. Leib and her husband spent part of 2010 and 2011 managing, working and teaching at a medical clinic in Belize, Central America. The clinic cares for an impoverished and underserved population, as well as provides a tropical medicine experience for medical students from the US and around the world. Dr. Leib and her husband are proud to have been a part of such a rewarding experience. She and her husband have two wonderful grown children.

Beverly Viscusi, BSN, MSN, CRNP
Beverly Viscusi has been a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) since 1989, and has more than 25 years experience in pediatric primary care. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, and joined Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in 1993.
As a certified nurse practitioner, Mrs. Viscusi enjoys working with patient families, building trusting relationships, and following children from infancy to college. She is also a lactation consultant who has had years of success in bringing moms and babies together when breastfeeding is a challenge.

Shobha Sharma, RN, MSN, CRNP
Shobha Sharma earned her master's degree in nursing in 2000 and her bachelor's degree in nursing in 1999, both from the University of Pennsylvania. She became a certified nurse practitioner in 2001 and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She also received a bachelor's degree in biology from Bryn Mawr College in 1993.
Prior to joining Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics in 2006, Ms. Sharma worked at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for six years, and while there, served on the Breastfeeding Committee for five years. At Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics, families are assisted by Ms. Sharma when she works telephone triage during the week, and sees patients on Saturdays. Ms. Sharma has two daughters.

Jessica Stickley, RN, MSN
Jessica Stickley has been in the nursing field for more than 30 years. She graduated from the Temple University School of Nursing in 1977 and received her master's degree in nursing from Villanova University in 1986. Ms. Stickley previously worked at St. Christopher's Hospital for children, where she served as director of critical care nursing and director of staff development. Although she has worked in pediatric settings since 1990, her career has spanned both adult and pediatric settings in staff, education, and administrative positions. Ms. Stickley has performed telephone triage for more than 12 years.

Abagail Vanaskie, MSN, CRNP, IBCLC
Abby graduated from Villanova University with both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing. She is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, as well as an international board certified lactation consultant. Prior to joining Advocare Society Hill Pediatrics, Abby practiced at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), where she was the recipient of the Daisy Award for delivering extraordinary patient care. During her last two years at HUP, Abby spent most of her time assisting breastfeeding mothers and babies as a Lactation Consultant. Abby is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), Sigma Theta Tau International (nursing honor society), and the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA).
