Benjamin Piantedosi, MD, FAAP
Dr. Benjamin Piantedosi is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After earning his medical degree from the University of Pais Vasco Medical School in Bilbao, Spain, he completed his residency and fellowship at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. In private practice since 1988, Dr. Piantedosi joined Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics in 1996. He speaks fluent Spanish and has a special interest in treating children with ADHD. A resident of Deptford, Dr. Piantedosi is married with two grown children and enjoys sports and music.
Dana Biermann, DO
Dr. Dana Biermann knew she wanted to be a pediatrician all her life. A New Jersey native, Dr. Biermann graduated from The College of New Jersey before earning her medical degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine (UMDNJ-SOM) in 2004. She completed a one-year rotating internship with UMDNJ-SOM, before beginning her pediatric residency at Crozer Hospital in Upland, PA. Two months later, Dr. Biermann joined Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics. Her areas of clinical expertise and interests include both substance and child abuse. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family.
Tamika Jones, MD, FAAP
Dr. Tamika Jones received her medical degree from MCP/Hahnemann School of Medicine after graduating, cum laude from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in biology. After completing her pediatric residency at Cooper University Hospital in 2002, she joined Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics. Dr. Jones specializes in developmental pediatrics with a specific focus on children with Down syndrome. She resides in South Jersey with her husband and two children.
Gilda Johnson, APN
Gilda Johnson is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Prior to receiving her master of science degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, she earned an undergraduate degree in nursing from Georgetown University. At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Gilda worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner in both the emergency and otolaryngology departments. Gilda joined Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics in 2001. She has a special interest in travel medicine and resides in Philadelphia with her husband.
Alycia Bischof, APN
Alycia Bischof is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner and a member of both the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Practicing at Advocare Woodbury Pediatric since 1996, Alycia also holds a part time position at the University of Pennsylvania as Associate Clinical Faculty in the School of Nursing, Division of Family and Community Health, where she is responsible for teaching and training nurse practitioner students in general pediatric care. She and her husband live in Hainesport, New Jersey with their 3 teenage children. An active member in the PTA and junior wrestling program, Alycia enjoys spending time at the shore, listening to music, and watching sporting events.
Victoria C. Hastings-Schmidt, MS, PA-C
Victoria Hastings is a board certified physician's assistant. She received her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Seton Hall/The University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey. Prior to joining Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics in 2003, Victoria practiced in Pennsylvania. She is married, has two daughters, and resides in Moorestown.
Robin Lynch, APN
Robin Lynch is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She received both her master of science and bachelor of science degrees in nursing from The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Robin is a member the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and has a special interest in adolescent medicine. She joined Advocare Woodbury Pediatrics in 2012 and resides in Sicklerville, NJ. A New York native, she enjoys learning more about the Philadelphia area and traveling with family in her free time.
Danielle Sarik, APN
Danielle Altares Sarik, CRNP, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, holds a BA in Biology and Society from Cornell University, a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MSN in Pediatric Primary Care from the University of Pennsylvania. Danielle is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, and has experience working with children from birth through college. She has spent time practicing clinically in China, Nicaragua and Botswana and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners and Academy Health. In addition to caring for children clinically, Danielle is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Pennsylvania where her research interests include nursing education and patient outcomes, as well as the role of advanced practice nurses in health care delivery.
