He has implemented successful risk management strategies that address existing challenges and proactively prevent future issues. Notably, he led a team effort that achieved a 60% reduction in serious preventable harm events and elevated Leapfrog Safety Grades from a B to an A, highlighting success in improving patient safety metrics and overall quality of care through collaboration.

In addition to his early career as a paramedic, Jeremy blended his clinical experience with risk management expertise by working with a national specialty lines property and casualty insurer in both claims and as a loss control consultant. This foundation gives him a unique, hands-on perspective on the challenges faced by frontline healthcare workers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and numerous professional designations, including Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM), and Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).
