We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Marketing (title commensurate with experience) to work in our Marlton, NJ corporate office. This individual will be responsible for managing the Marketing shared services function of the organization, providing ongoing support to member physician practices. The role will also be involved in corporate branding and positioning initiatives to help the company grow and prosper.


General Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Chief Administrative Officer on all necessary marketing and communication needs

  • Manage and execute multichannel marketing plans for corporate and care centers including media/advertising, content development, website maintenance, live events and other tactical activities.

  • Maintain relationships and logistics with vendors across all brands to execute marketing sub-disciplines including communications, print, digital, trainings, public relations and events and sponsorships

  • Assist in production of collateral materials and premiums following brand guidelines for all entities

  • Maintain budgets for various marketing programs



  • Lead effective implementation of developed strategies and initiatives to improve client touch points and elevate the Advocare brand experience at care center offices

  • Coordinate a cross-functional process that ensures the delivery of a consistent brand experience through the execution of integrated brand building programs

  • Manage Advocare service partners by ensuring the Advocare brand is well-represented in the various modalities offered through our partners 

  • Plan ongoing event and webinar series to continuously communicate Advocare brand by educating them on the program, offer demonstrations on new products and services, etc.

  • Research and vet potential Advocare partners, products and services

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Develop content marketing strategy, editorial calendars and utilize brand messaging to craft campaigns that reach & engage with target audience 

  • Utilize interactive programs to develop slide shares, quizzes, infographics and animated videos

  • Manage campaigns on email and social media

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communication 

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing & communications with preferred experience in the digital/interactive space 

  • Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills 

  • Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure

  • Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems

  • Comfortable in team oriented or independent atmosphere 

  • Event planning experience preferred 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (required)

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software
