Marlton, NJ – March 1, 2026. Advocare, a physician-owned, multispecialty medical group with a network of more than 900 providers, continues its growth in North Jersey with the addition of Kids Care Pediatrics.

With locations in Plainfield and Colonia, Kids Care Pediatrics provides comprehensive, child-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents. The practice is dedicated to building lifelong relationships with families by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a nurturing environment. With a focus on preventive care, developmental support, and whole-child wellness, the team is committed to improving the lives of the children they serve while guiding families toward optimal health at every stage.

The practice is led by Anita Kishen, MD, founder of Kids Care Pediatrics, whose mission is rooted in providing high-quality, personalized pediatric care. Located in Edison, New Jersey, the practice provides comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients, with a strong focus on preventive medicine and long-term wellness.

Advocare Edison Pediatrics and Adult Medicine is led by Sunita Satwani, MD, a Board Certified Pediatrician, and Sonam Nihalani, MD, a Board Certified Internist. Together, they offer a unique, family-centered approach to care that supports patients across the lifespan. Advocare Welcomes Advanced Endocrinology

Marlton, NJ – October 1, 2025. Advocare, a physician-owned, multispecialty medical group with a network of over 800 providers, is proud to announce the opening of Advocare Advanced Endocrinology. This new practice in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is led by four accomplished physicians: Brian Beluch, DO; Jonathan Slusser, DO; Luis Arzeno Tejada, MD; and Peter Ucciferro, DO.

Advocare Advanced Endocrinology will provide comprehensive services for patients managing diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, as well as other complex hormonal and metabolic disorders. The physicians share a strong commitment to patient-centered, long-term care that emphasizes prevention, management, and improving overall quality of life.

The team brings training from some of the region’s leading medical schools and hospitals. Drs. Ucciferro, Beluch, and Slusser earned their medical degrees from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ucciferro completed his residency at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center – City Campus, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Beluch trained in residency at UMDNJ–School of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete his Endocrinology fellowship at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Slusser also completed his residency at Rowan University, where he continued his training with a fellowship in Endocrinology. Dr. Tejada earned his medical degree in the Dominican Republic, trained at Morristown Medical Center/Atlantic Health System, and completed his endocrinology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Together, their diverse backgrounds and shared dedication ensure our patients receive expert, compassionate care.

As part of this initiative, Advocare is proud to welcome Dr. Akhil Sethi and Healthy Minds South Jersey to its network, further strengthening its commitment to comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric care.

Dr. Akhil Sethi is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with 20 years of experience in the field. His journey in mental health began in England, where he trained at renowned institutions, including St. George’s Hospital in South London and Queen Elizabeth Hospital in West Norfolk, affiliated with the University of Cambridge. He then completed his psychiatry residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, developing a strong foundation and interest in various psychiatric disorders.

Dr. Sethi further honed his expertise in treatment-resistant mood disorders like Bipolar and Depression by completing a visiting fellowship in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) at Duke University, North Carolina. In addition to his clinical practice, he has served as an Assistant Professor at Rowan University, mentoring medical students and psychiatry residents. The affiliation aims to optimize both organizations’ extensive skills, experience, and resources to ensure that children in the region can access the highest-quality, cost-effective care that best serves their medical needs. Led by John Tung, MD, Pediatric GI Health specializes in comprehensive care for children with digestive disorders and related conditions, offering diagnosis, treatment, and management of various gastrointestinal issues including reflux, constipation, food allergies, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disorders.
