Summer Training Series: Medication Management for Pediatricians with Advocare Doctors & Fort Health
85% of psychotropic medications are prescribed by PCPs but up to 64% of them report discomfort with prescribing.
To help close this knowledge gap, join Fort Health and Advocare Doctors for a practical training series on pediatric psychotropic medication management.
Led by Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr. Sara Harmon, Medical Director at Advocare Behavioral Health - this series will increase pediatricians’ confidence in managing common pediatric mental health concerns in primary care settings.
We will focus on practical case discussions and each topic will be covered by:
- Case-based sessions: Dr. Harmon will share best practices through de-identified cases she brings.
- Case consultation session: Pediatricians can bring their de-identified cases.
