Todd Mallon – Top 10 Finance & Accounting Professional
As Chief Financial Officer, Todd Mallon leads Advocare’s financial strategy, accounting, and revenue cycle operations with a focus on long-term stability and growth. With more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, Todd is recognized for helping healthcare organizations navigate complex economic challenges while driving operational efficiency and profitability. His leadership has played a key role in the successful financial integration and ongoing support of more than 190 Advocare Care Centers, strengthening financial performance across the organization.
Ed Maule – Top 50 IT Security Professional
As Chief Information Officer and HIPAA Security Officer, Ed Maule leads Advocare’s technology and cybersecurity strategy supporting more than 900 providers across 280+ locations. A nationally recognized healthcare technology leader, Ed has earned multiple industry honors for his work in cybersecurity, innovation, and operational efficiency. He also serves on the advisory board of the New Jersey Health Information Network (NJHIN).
Ailee Strausser – Top 50 Human Resources Professional
As Vice President of Human Resources, Ailee Strausser leads Advocare’s HR strategy with a focus on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth. With more than 20 years of healthcare HR experience, she has helped guide organizations through expansion and change while building strong workplace culture and people-focused initiatives. Ailee was also recently recognized in South Jersey Biz Magazine’s Women to Watch 2026 list.
