Advocare Welcomes Bonsana Primary Care Group
Marlton, NJ – October 1, 2026 – Advocare, a physician-owned, multispecialty medical group with a network of more than 900 providers, continues its growth in New Jersey with the opening of Bonsana Primary Care Group, a new internal medicine practice in Florham Park.
Led by Michael Kuo, MD, Bonsana Primary Care Group provides comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services, with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients take a proactive approach to their health. Dr. Kuo’s areas of care include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, weight management (metabolic syndrome), hypertension, high cholesterol, pulmonary disease, gastroenterological disease, Hepatitis B and C, preventative care/annual physicals, vaccinations, and other common adult health needs. He also personally admits his own patients to associated hospitals, including Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, helping provide continuity of care when hospitalization is needed.
Dr. Kuo graduated from Peking University Health Science Center with his medical degree and completed his internal medicine residency at Overlook Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, in Summit, New Jersey. He is a former attending physician at Morristown Medical Center and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where he proudly served the local community for more than 10 years.
A strong relationship between physician and patient is central to Dr. Kuo’s approach to care. He takes the time to build trust with his patients, encouraging open communication so that health concerns can be identified and addressed early. He provides patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their health while supporting them as they work toward better long-term outcomes. In addition to providing care in English, Dr. Kuo speaks Mandarin Chinese and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care to patients with a wide range of medical needs. His philosophy of care is rooted in prevention, patient education, and developing lasting relationships with the individuals and families he serves.
