Matthew Herzer Appointed President of the Healthcare Leadership Association of New Jersey Executive Council

Marlton, NJ — January 1, 2026 — Advocare, a physician-owned, multispecialty medical group, is pleased to announce that Matthew Herzer, Vice President of Practice Operations at Advocare, has now also been appointed in a volunteer leadership role as President of the Healthcare Leadership Association of New Jersey Executive Council (HLANJ). 

HLANJ is a statewide organization dedicated to developing and advancing physician group and practice leadership, supporting providers and practice managers through education, collaboration, and professional engagement. As President of the Executive Council, Matt will lead the Association’s board in setting strategic priorities, supporting governance initiatives, and advancing HLANJ’s mission to strengthen healthcare leadership across New Jersey. At Advocare, Matt oversees practice operations, business development, and marketing functions across the organization’s extensive network, working closely with physician leaders and administrative teams to drive operational excellence, enhance patient care delivery, and support sustainable growth.
