Axis Family Care is led by Ozcan Uzun, MD, DO, founder and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Uzun is a board-certified family physician through the American Board of Family Medicine who combines allopathic and osteopathic principles to deliver comprehensive, holistic care. He earned his medical degree from Cukurova University School of Medicine and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Uzun believes in caring for the whole person and is dedicated to improving long-term health outcomes for patients of every age.
He is joined by Ada Andino, NP, and Jodi Welt, PA, who play an integral role in delivering coordinated, team-based care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Together, they enhance patient access, provide timely follow-up, and support continuity of care, ensuring patients receive attentive, personalized treatment at every stage of life.
